Rules

1. How to Enter. Entrants must submit a solution to all tasks on the CodeChallenge platform between 00:00 EETS on November 28th, 2022 and 00:00 EETS on December 19th, 2022.
2. Eligibility. Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified in these T&Cs. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and resident in Bulgaria. Entrants who are currently working in Flutter International are not eligible for the prizes of Code Challenge.
3. Promoter. The CodeChallenge is run by Codility, with support from Stars Interactive Services (Bulgaria) EOOD (“PokerStars”).
4. Terms and Conditions. By entering the CodeChallenge, participants (“Entrants”): (a) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”); and (b) confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements for the CodeChallenge.
5. Rules. Coding languages permitted are: (a) React; (b) Redux; and (c) JS. Entrants work must be their own.
6. Winning. PokerStars shall select the winners based on valid entries. Factors to be taken into account by PokerStars in selecting the winners are: (a) the CodeChallenge score achieved by Entrants; (b) the time taken by Entrants to complete the CodeChallenge; and (c) the order of submissions by Entrants. PokerStars’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decision.
7. Prizes. The prizes are listed on the CodeChallenge landing page. All elements of the prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be re-sold. No cash or any other alternative is available for any element of the prizes.
8. What else do Entrants need to know? PokerStars and Codility reserve the right to disqualify an Entrant and forfeit their prize where PokerStars and/or Codility has reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these T&Cs and/or where an Entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the CodeChallenge and/or has used fraudulent means in connection with the CodeChallenge. PokerStars and Codility will be the final arbiters in any decisions, which will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this respect.
9. Privacy. By entering the CodeChallenge, Entrants agree to Codility sharing their name, CodeChallenge scores, and contact details with PokerStars for the purposes of: (a) selecting and contacting winners; (b) contacting Entrants to share information about their participation in the CodeChallenge; and (c) contacting Entrants about recruitment opportunities at PokerStars. Codility will erase your data from their platform after the CodeChallenge has been completed.
